12/15/2014 - Everyone can relax now… Inspire Yoga is coming to H Squared in the spring of 2015. The 834 square foot space will be ready for you to “create, expand, and improve your yoga practice from the inside out.” With one location already located in The Shops of Highland Village, Inspire Yoga has been nominated and awarded Best of Denton County and offers several different classes for all levels. Axis is delighted to have assisted Inspire Yoga in their expansion to Downtown Denton.

11/19/2014 - Axis Realty Group has arranged the lease of a 1,974 square foot suite located at the U Centre at Fry Street to Salata! Salata is a next generation salad bar that keeps an emphasis on using only fresh, hand-cut produce with every salad and salad wrap including their homemade dressings, sauces, and soups. Axis is also very excited to have helped introduce a new “bar” to the Fry Street scene.

11/5/2014 - UNDER RENOVATION FOR SUMMER 2015
Axis Realty Group is pleased to announce the unveiling of a new project being developed by The Martino Group. A 27,936 square foot historic downtown building will undergo extensive reconstruction featuring retail, restaurant, and creative office space as well as 110 newly constructed loft/apartment units that will be readily available next summer. “The Railyard” is conveniently located on the East side of downtown Denton, Texas just adjacent to the DCTA Transit Center. 

10/22/2014 - Alex Payne of Axis Realty Group recently closed the sale of a 40,000 SF industrial warehouse located at 1512 I-35W to a private investment group. This property will now be the new home to Armadillo Ale Works, a local North Texas Brewery. Armadillo Ale Works was founded in 2010 by Yianni Arestis and Bobby Mullins with the simple idea that Denton, Texas needed a craft brewery to call its own. After 4 years of preparation, trial and error, and receiving many awards for their savory craft beer Armadillo Ale Works has officially found a place to call home.


10/17/2014 - Indian Motorcycles is coming soon to Denton! Indian recently signed a lease for 11,500 SF at the Commerce Center located on I-35 @ US 380. Alex Payne of Axis handled the transaction and is excited to bring in such a popular and reliable motorcycle dealer to Denton. Indian Motorcycles was America’s first motorcycle company and the brand is making a huge resurgence in the market.  Denton’s store will feature new and used motorcycles and will also have a full parts and service department. 


10/8/2014 - Alex Payne and John McDonald recently leased 2 suites at Presidio at  380 in Crossroads, Texas. Women’s Health Clinic leased 5208 SF of space and Woodlands Chiropractic leased 3825 SF. The Presidio at 380 are brand new medical office condos available for sale or lease located in a prime area that faces  the highly traveled East US-380.

9/2/2014 - Alex Payne represented ABC Supply in the purchase of a 11,100 SF building that sits on 3.5 acres of land located on 1631 Cooper Creek Road Denton, Texas. ABC Supply is the largest roofing and vinyl siding wholesale distributor in the U.S.

8/21/2014 - Little Guys Movers is moving! Alex Payne of Axis Realty Group recently represented Little Guys in the purchase of a 5.06 acre lot at 2200 Fort Worth Drive. Once completed, the site will include a 7,500 square foot operation center along with considerable parking space great for the usage of trucks and trailers. Little Guys Movers is headquartered in Denton, TX but has 13 locations nationwide. 8/14/2014 - Axis Realty Group recently closed the sale of a 15.66 tract of land in Roanoke to Compass Christian Church that encompasses easy access from I-35 W and Highway 114. Compass Christian Church plans to build a new church and will have three locations in Colleyville, Grapevine, and Roanoke, Texas. Alex Payne of Axis represented the seller in the transaction in July of 2014.

8/13/2014 - Axis Realty Group has arranged the sale of a 2,837 SF medical office building located on 2725 Wind River Lane to the Medical Experts of Texas. The property includes a prime location with excellent frontage and ample parking. Alex Payne of Axis represented the seller and closed the deal in June of 2014.

8/12/2014 - Axis Realty Group recently executed two more leases at the Offices at Hinkle Park on 1809 Hinkle Drive, Suite 150 to Encompass Home Health and Hospice and the lease of a 2,756 square foot suite to the Office of the Attorney General of Texas at 1808 Cornell Drive, Suite 150. The Offices at Hinkle Park are a new professional/medical office complex, developed and owned by Porter Investments, recently constructed in North Denton. It serves as a great medical location being one mile away from THR Presbyterian Hospital and UNT/TWU.

8/5/2014 - Axis Realty Group is pleased to announce that Pizza Snob has leased 2,644 square feet in downtown Denton’s newest mixed-use development, H-Squared! Denton’s newest pizzeria will include a trendy feel and a laid back build your own pizza line (using the freshest ingredients, of course). Pizza Snob was originated from TCU’S backyard and thus has decided to expand to our very own Denton, Texas. North Texas’ snobbiest pizza will be unveiling in the late fall of 2014.

7/26/2014 - Health Source Chiropractic recently relocated and leased 2300 SF of space at The Offices of Hinkle Park on 1809 Hinkle Drive. The offices at Hinkle Park are new professional/medical offices that were recently constructed in North Denton. It serves as a great medical location being one mile away from THR Presbyterian Hospital and UNT/TWU. Axis Realty Group has been the leasing agent for the property since the first phase of construction and is looking forward to continue to be a part of its success.

7/17/2014 - Axis Realty Group recently closed a 21,600 SF industrial property located on 1115 Duncan Street. Hess Manufacturing was the purchaser of the building and intends to occupy the property for steel fabrication work. Axis had sold the property to the seller the prior year, which then made several extensive renovations to the property. Alex Payne of Axis represented the seller in the transaction.

7/2/2014 - Alex Payne of Axis Realty Group recently leased 1,340 SF of office space to The Counseling and Diagnostics Center which will relocate to the Access Bank Building located on 300 Eagle Drive Denton, Texas.

6/29/2014 - Axis Realty Group is pleased to announce that Hirschbach Motor Lines signed a 20,500 SF lease at 4501 N. Elm Street. Alex Payne of Axis represented the landlord and was able to locate a tenant for the property. Hirschbach is a major freightliner that specializes in refrigerated carriers that travel from the upper Midwest, to and from the South, as well as the southeast and northeast.

6/26/2014 - Alex Payne of Axis Realty Group represented Farmers Insurance in signing a 1500 SF office lease in the Oakmont Office Condos located on 1410 Robinson Road Corinth, Texas in the heart of the Oakmont Subdivision.

6/24/2014 - We are very pleased to announce that Axis Realty Group has leased 828 East McKinney Street to a nonprofit organization ‘Hearts for Homes’. They specialize in volunteer home repairs to the elderly and those who are unable to help themselves. 6/1/2014 - Axis Realty Group has arranged a 945-sqare-foot office lease at the Bartonville Town Center to IntelliVoice which successfully closed in June of 2014. The Bartonville Town Center is a beautifully constructed multi-use development located right next to the thriving Lantana community.  John McDonald of Axis represented the landlord in the transaction.

5/30/2014 - Axis Realty Group has arranged the lease of a 4500 SF industrial building in Denton, Texas. Barebones Auto Repair LLC, a local automotive repair shop that has been serving the Denton Community will occupy the facility, which is located at 3826 Market Street Suite 121. Alex Payne and John McDonald of Axis represented the landlord and closed the transaction in June of 2014.

4/27/2014 - Alex Payne of Axis Realty group recently represented GymCats Cheer in their lease in which they relocated 1210 Duncan Street to be their new 10,000 square foot training facility. Gymcats Cheer was founded in 2000 and since then has been an award winning cheer team each year. Axis Realty Group would like to wish you good luck on your upcoming competitive year.

3/30/2014 - In March of 2014, Alex Payne of Axis Realty Group represented the purchaser in the sale of a 33,748 SF industrial  building that sits on 4.7 acres of land located on 306 N. Loop 288. The property was previously owned by Denton County and the purchase required their client to secure the contract by a sealed bid.

1/30/2014 - Alex Payne of Axis Realty Group recently leased a 22,000 SF industrial building located on 1020 Shady Oaks. Axis represented the landlord and the property was leased by Texoma Tire Company. The tenant and landlord negotiated a purchase option that will likely occur within 18 months of the lease commencement.
